Abigail
Both of Abigail’s parents are deceased. Her father passed away the year she was born, and her mother died a year later. She and her older sister, Hannah, both lived with distant relatives for a while who were also caring for thirteen children of their own. They were unable to care for Abigail and her sister. Social welfare determined that Abigail and Hannah would benefit from Rafiki's care, so she and her sister were placed at the Rafiki Village Nigeria in 2005. When Abigail finishes school, she wants to be a journalist or lawyer. Abigail says that God made Himself known to her personally through faith in Jesus Christ's work on the cross. Because God has forgiven her, she seeks to forgive others and love those around her at all times.
