Beniyam
Beniyam was born in Mojo. His mother died when he was three years old, and his father abandoned him, giving him to his maternal grandparents. His grandparents were very old and in poor health. They had little income, and the living situation was not good. They contacted the Rafiki Foundation for assistance, and Beniyam arrived at the Rafiki Village Ethiopia on June 1, 2011. Beniyam is now a thoughtful and respectful boy. He is a leader who helps other children be obedient. He likes praying and sharing God's Word with his Rafiki brothers during family devotion time. Beniyam's favorite verse is Daniel 2:20–23 because it tells him about the greatness of God.
