Hope’s father died HIV positive, and his mother was also living HIV positive and was very sick. She wanted Hope placed in a good home before she died. He had no living relatives that could take care of him. Hope arrived at the Rafiki Village Uganda in 2007. Hope's favorite subjects are math and physics because he is fond of numbers. He likes to read the Bible and his geography and history textbooks. Hope believes that Jesus is always present to guide him.
