My Name is
Jonathan
Jonathan
Not much is known about Jonathan’s parents. His caretaker brought him from Sierra Leone to Liberia during the 2002 war. After his caretaker's death in 2007, Jonathan was taken to an orphanage before arriving at the Rafiki Village Liberia in 2008. Jonathan's favorite subject is math because he likes to solve problems. He hopes to join the military to protect his country in the future. As Jonathan's faith grows, he is learning to help those in need. He especially thanks God for His gift of peace. His favorite hymn is "It Is Well With My Soul" because it helps him know that the peace of God transcends all understanding.
