My Name is
Josephine
Josephine
Josephine’s mother died within days after giving birth to her and her twin sister, Theresa. Josephine's grandparents were caring for the girls because their father abandoned them. The grandparents were subsistence farmers and had many grandchildren they were caring for. They soon found that they were not able to care for the twins. Josephine and her sister Theresa arrived at the Rafiki Village Zambia in November 2014 and quickly adjusted to their new life. Josephine enjoys singing, leading others in Bible reading, and spending time with her friends. She strives to do her best in school. When Josephine prays, she thanks God for creating her, knowing her, and saving her.
