Martha
After the death of her parents, Martha and her sisters lived with their aunt. Though she tried, the girls' aunt was unable to feed them and provide for their basic needs. She asked the Rafiki Foundation for help. Martha and her sisters arrived at the Rafiki Village Ghana in December 2009. Martha is a sweet young lady with a big heart and a joyous smile. The Rafiki Bible Study has taught Martha to be prayerful, thankful, and rejoicing at all times. Her favorite hymn is "Children of the Heavenly Father" because it teaches that neither life nor death will separate Christians from the Lord. Martha knows that God's grace is always with her.
