My Name is
Mercy
Mercy
Mercy's parents were killed in March 2010 in mudslides that buried an entire village and its inhabitants. Mercy and her younger twin brothers, Gideon and Joshua, survived. After an investigation by a social welfare officer, the children were moved to the Rafiki Village Uganda. The siblings arrived at the Village in 2010. Mercy's favorite subjects are math and science. She speaks fluent Luganda, a vernacular that has come in handy when she visits her extended relatives on school breaks. She enjoys conversing with them. Mercy says she trusts Jesus because he came to take her place for her sins on the cross. She is committed to loving others well and seeking godly wisdom throughout her life.
