My Name is
Yordanos
Yordanos
After their father died and their mother abandoned them, Yordanos and her younger brother lived with their grandmother. Though she tried, their grandmother could not properly care for them and asked the Rafiki Foundation for help. Yordanos and her brother Eyob arrived at the Rafiki Village Ethiopia in 2010. The siblings soon benefited from the quality care, nutritious food, and loving environment at Rafiki. Now, Yordanos believes in the sovereignty of God and that He controls all things. She relies on God's Word and God Himself. Her favorite hymn is "Jesus! What a Friend for Sinners!" because it reminds her that Jesus is her friend, strength, and guide.
